Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You also can checkout using your PayPal account. You will have the option when checking out.
Q: Does Blooming Lotus Jewelry ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship all over the world, with very few exceptions.
Q: Why have I not received any emails about the order I just placed or if it has shipped?
A: Email accounts have gotten amazing at filtering emails for you that frequently Blooming Lotus Jewelry emails will end up in your junk/spam/promotions folders. Please check those folders if you do not see your Order Confirmation email.
Q: Will I be paying sales tax on my order?
A: Blooming Lotus Jewelry is only required to collect sales tax on purchases made in New Jersey. If you live in NJ, NJ Sales Tax will be included in your order when you checkout.
Q: I am located outside the United States, will I have to pay any customs or duty taxes?
A: Please contact your country's customs office for this information. Blooming Lotus Jewelry does not know the laws of your country.
Q: I am located outside of the United States, can Blooming Lotus Jewelry mark my package as "gift" or a lesser value?
A: It is a federal offense to do either of the above. Your package will be marked as "merchandise" and at the value of the contents being shipped.
Q: When will my jewelry ship?
A: Blooming Lotus Jewelry tries to ship as soon as we possibly can. Please note that processing may take up to 3-7 days. This means 3-7 days to allow for us to make your jewelry; processing time does not include shipping time. This is typically the case for hand-stamped pieces and personalized malas since they are custom-made. Most of the time, we have the inventory on hand already made and it will be shipped quickly, often within 24 hours. When your package is marked "shipped," you will receive an email saying it is on it's way to your doorstep! This email may end up in junk/spam/promotions folders so please check there.
Q: Can I check the status or track my package?
A: Yes! As long as you were logged into your Blooming Lotus Jewelry account at the time you made your purchase, you can check the order status at any time. You can do this by logging into your account on the top right of any page. If you were not logged into your Blooming Lotus Jewelry account when you made your purchase, you will not be able to check the status. This cannot be changed after you make your purchase so be sure to be logged in.
Q: My order is a gift, will the package include pricing information?
A: No need to worry! Packages do not have any pricing information.
Q: What does hand-stamped mean?
A: These pieces are stamped by hand, one letter at a time, using letter pegs and a hammer. No machines are used. Because of this, please note that letters may not be perfectly aligned, perfectly centered or perfectly spaced. Pieces will vary and should not be seen an an imperfection. It all adds to the organic hand-made look of the piece. **Hand-stamped pieces are custom made and are not returnable.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your jewelry, please let us know within one week of receiving your package. We want you to be happy and will try to remedy the situation in any way we can. If you'd like to return your item for a refund (*excludes custom hand-stamped pieces and custom malas; these are not returnable), your return will be issued in the same form of payment as you used when checking out. Please allow up to one week for your return to show up on your credit card statement. When sending your package back, please be sure to wrap it and pad it securely to prevent any damage during shipment.
