This spiral shell was picked up on the beach in Highlands, New Jersey. Weathered by the water, imperfect on the back, and beautifully intact on the front. When I held it in my hand, it felt like a quiet reminder of something we all live every day.

The spiral is a symbol of growth, evolution, and returning to ourselves again and again. It does not move in a straight line. It circles, expands, and unfolds with time. Just like us.
