Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day your item is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original Blooming Lotus packaging (cotton pouch or jewelry box).
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us: Send a message to Jennifer@bloominglotusjewelry.com with "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line. Please include your order number in the email.

Follow instructions: We’ll send you detailed steps and a Return/Exchange form to include in your package.

- Ship securely: Package your jewelry carefully, use a trusted shipping service, and keep your tracking number for reference.
Return Shipping Costs

Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Exclusions: Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Personalized jewelry, including hand-stamped, engraved, or custom-made pieces.
- Gift cards and Final Sale items.
Why? Custom and personalized pieces are made just for you and cannot be resold.
Exception for Errors
If we’ve made a mistake (e.g., spelling or engraving errors), we’ll cover the cost to remake or fix your item. Mistakes are rare, but if they happen, we’ll make it right—at no cost to you.
What Happens Next?

For Returns: Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times vary but can take a few days to reflect on your account.

For Exchanges: Our system doesn’t allow direct exchanges for different products. Instead, you’ll return the item for a refund and place a new order. Don’t worry—we’ll honor any discount codes from your original purchase.
- Size/Length Exchanges: These are quick and simple! No need to repurchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
