Hi Debra, I was able to locate your daughter-in-law's order from 5 years ago Nov 2021. You reached out to me in January 2022 stating disappointment and I offered to send you a replacement earring. I see you just ordered these earrings yesterday and I have made a note to include rubber stoppers, although they will be visible when wearing as the bar with the stopper will dangle behind the Herkimer; **please do not pull chain to remove/put on stopper as that can break the chain; stoppers are meant for studs/hoops with stationary fixed posts, not bars attached to chain. Please note in the description on how to wear (you'll need to thread/pull the chain through your ear): 'insert post into ear hole and gentle pull chain through to halfway point.'
