Q:  What methods of payment do you accept?
A:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay.  You will have the option when checking out.

Q:  Does Blooming Lotus Jewelry ship internationally?
A:  Yes!  We ship all over the world, with very few exceptions.  

Q:  Why have I not received any emails about the order I just placed
A:  If you do not see emails in your inbox, please check other folders including the promotions, junk and spam folders.  Email providers love filtering emails to these folders.  You can also log into your Blooming Lotus Jewelry account at any time to view the status and tracking information.

Q:  Will I be paying sales tax on my order?
A:  Blooming Lotus Jewelry is only required to collect sales tax on purchases made in New Jersey.  If you live in NJ, NJ Sales Tax will be included in your order when you checkout. 

Q:  I am located outside the United States, will I have to pay any customs or duty taxes?
A:  Please contact your country's customs office for this information.  We ship to too many places to be able to keep track of all the different laws :)

Q:  I am located outside of the United States, can Blooming Lotus Jewelry mark my package as "gift" or a lesser value?
A:  It is a federal offense to do either of the above.  Your package will be marked as "merchandise" and at the value of the contents being shipped. 

Q:  When will my jewelry ship?
A:  We are a small business and everything is handmade!  Of course we try to get things out the door asap, but please allow 3-5 days for your order to be made with love.  This processing time does not include shipping time.  During peak holiday periods, this may be longer.

Q:  Can I check the status or track my package?
A:  You can log into your Blooming Lotus Jewelry account at any time to see the status and tracking information.  You can also click the order status button in any of your emails to see the status.  Any questions, please email us.

Q:  My order is a gift, will the package include pricing information?
A:  No need to worry!  Packages do not have any pricing information.  

Q:  What does hand-stamped mean?
A:  These pieces are stamped by hand, one letter at a time, using letter pegs and a hammer.  No machines are used.  Because of this, please note that letters may not be perfectly aligned, perfectly centered or perfectly spaced.  Pieces will vary and should not be seen an an imperfection.  It all adds to the organic hand-made look of the piece. 
*Hand-stamped pieces are custom made and are not returnable.
*Solid 14K Gold pieces are engraved with a laser, not hand-stamped.  Laser engraving is precise and pristine.

Q:  Return and exchange policy?
A:  Wait what?!  Just kidding ;)  We get it, things happen!  If you are unhappy with your jewelry, please let us know within one week of receiving your package.  We want you to be happy and will try to remedy the situation in any way we can.  And if that means returning your jewelry, then we will do that for you!

Email us to begin the return process within one week of receiving your package.
Your return will be issued in the same form of payment as you used when checking out.  
Please allow up to one week for your return to show up on your credit card statement.
Shipping back to us:
-Email us before sending your package back.  We will provide you with the shipping address. 
-Items must be unworn and packaged in the original BLJ jewelry box or cotton pouch.
-Ship in a padded mailer or box to protect the jewelry during shipment. 
*Do not ship in a regular letter envelope as it will tear, crush and damage the contents.  We cannot refund you if we receive damaged chain, stones, beads, or a torn package with nothing in it.  Please protect the jewels when shipping!
*Include your first name, last name, order number and that you are returning your item.

Our website doesn't allow for exchanges for inventory purposes.  Please email us to begin the return process and go ahead and place your new order. 
If you used a discount code on your original order and are exchanging for something else, that code will be honored!  Please email us for a new code.

Custom hand-stamped pieces and custom malas are not returnable.  These were made special for you and only you.  However, it we stamped something incorrectly, that's on us and we'll fix it!
