Returns + Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Below you will find information on how to return or exchange an item that you're not in love with, and what may be excluded. Please read fully.

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Eligible within 14 days of receiving your package being delivered.

Jewelry must be unworn, clean, returned in the Blooming Lotus cotton pouch or jewelry box it arrived in.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If exchanging, customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Return/Exchange exclusions apply as listed below.

EXCLUSIONS: non-returnable /  non-exchangeable items

Personalized jewelry, hand-stamped pieces, engraved pieces, custom pieces. These pieces are FINAL SALE. They were handmade special for you and only you, therefore, we cannot accept a return for them.

Exception: if Blooming Lotus Jewelry makes an error with spelling, we will cover the cost of re-engraving or re-stamping your piece. We're human, mistakes happen on a very rare occasion but we will make it right at no cost to you. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items or gift cards.

REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE (within 14 days of order being delivered)

  1. To start a return/exchange, send an email to Jennifer@bloominglotusjewelry.com with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line. Include your order number.

    You will be provided with instructions on how and where to return your package.
    You will be provided with a Return/Exchange form to be filled out to be included in your return package. Items returned without the Return/Exchange form will be delayed. Please be sure to include this form so we can identify your package and original order.

  2. Once approved, please package your jewelry securely, ship via a reputable shipping company and retain the tracking number for your records. 

  3. Once your package is received and approved:

    Return:
    you will be refunded in your original payment method. Please allow several days for your return to reflect on your credit card or bank statement.

    Exchange: 
    for inventory purposes, our website does not allow for an exchange to a different product so a return must issued and a new purchase must be made. We will honor any discount codes used on your exchange so you don't miss out on any sales. Size / Length exchanges are simple and easy (no return/re-purchase is necessary). 


DAMAGES + ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and a photo of any damage so we can  evaluate the issue and make it right.
